WHAT IS REIKI HEALING?
Reiki is known as the "Universal Life force of Unconditional Love." It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by either a "connection of energy" or the "laying of hands." It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's energy becomes blocked, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress. If it is unblocked, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Simply speaking, it is similar to a battery charger boosting the electrical system of the human body with the help of the highest intelligence of all.
WHAT IS DISTANCE HEALING?
Distance Healing is also known as Remote Healing. Think of picking up your cell phone and calling someone across the world. Your phone uses energy that can reach other countries in a matter of seconds. Distance Healing works the same exact way between two people. This technique allows practitioners to transmit spiritual energy beyond physical contact. Our bodies can submit and receive vibrational energy no matter how far apart we are. The energy being transmitted through space and time between us can be even stronger than seeing a practitioner in person!
WHAT IS CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK (CCB)?
This type of Breathwork is simply a breathing technique where you connect your 2 second inhale with your 2 second exhale with no pauses. The inhaled breath should be full while the exhaled breath should be soft. This is beneficial because it works by increasing levels of oxygen and energy coming into our bodies. This creates positive effects for us on physical, mental-emotional and spiritual levels. There are also many other important techniques of Breathwork that I practice and can aid in removing barriers in the body.
WHY DO I NEED A CCB FACILITATOR?
Most clients can be easily lulled to sleep while doing a Connected Breathwork Session. A facilitator will help you stay connected to your breath as well as help you process the emotions and thoughts that will come up during and after the session.
